My Story
Several years ago, as a stay at home mom of littles
I remember often telling my husband I didn't want to go to bed becuase I didn't want to wake up and face another monotonous day.
I loved my kids, and I was happy, but I found myself thinking "Is this it? This is my life now? Cleaning messes and changing diapers?" The thought was depressing.
I finally decided that I didn't want to settle for feeling that way, that I was going to make the changes necessary to feel alive, fulfilled, and excited for life.
And so I did. And it hasn't gone like I thought it would, but it has been exactly what I needed and now I (usually 😅) go to bed excited for the new day ahead of me!
